Up late, just before 8, maybe...

After listening to quite a few of the new CDs yesterday, I decided to search out more music by those who impressed...

They then soundtracked my trip into town, after the remains of the home made soup, as I took the car to Jane and Bob's and a bus to the cathedral, I arrived just in time for today's recital...

The last of 14 I've attended in all...

...by young Finnish Glasgow resident, Mianoora Kosonen...

I was ready for her programme of Sibelius, Madetoja and Palmgren...

...complete with good background stories...

Home without hanging around and the new thing for the cistern had arrived and, amazingly, it fitted perfectly...

Brought home caramel filled doughnuts were used to celebrate...

Along with a "Cold Case"...

And some more searching for and finding today's cathedral music, to add to the collection...

This evening at 6:30, back to the football...

This evening, I actually managed a short spell out of goal - our team were well beaten however, and chum Howie suffered snapped shoulder ligaments for his trouble - which put my swollen and sore right foot in perspective...

A superb casserole from Annie...

...and some TV rounded off the day with a 2 hour "Ridley" and a couple of episodes of "Friday Night Dinner", which has been entertaining us for a week or more so far...

Bed around 11:30...
