Up relatively late and got sucked into Genesis in 1976 - a film I saw at the cinema...
Soundtrack secured and turned into an album...
This is how I waste my time...
Meanwhile two days waited to be written up - but I did not write them up so now I have to do three days in one session - always a chore...
Instead, working successfully on uploading this week's podcast...

Today's recital, Scarlatti, Chopin , Liszt and, new to me, Lowell Liebermann (b 1961)...
...played by 23 year old Chiara Lordi...
...all from memory. What a talent....
Spoke with her after the performance - current fave composer Liszt, fave pianist Marta Argerich...
Also happened to end up sitting next to the friend of the lady who, last week (or the week before) had fallen over pre the first recital I attended and incurred a nasty gash to the head. Turns out she also suffered a broke n wrist - pins and plate inserted...
But doing ok...
Good to know...
Out and a bus down to Stockbridge for a wander about and a look a round - nothing found though, unlike yesterday...
A bus back up to Prices Street and another home for around 4pm...
I like this hedge and gate at the terminus...
This evening, the poster released for my upcoming performance in Whitby...
I need to start rehearsing!
Fish ^& Chips for tea...
...and the latest "Ridley" entertained...
Some listening and surfing and, really, not doing anything...
The day was closed off with one more "Closed Case" taking us to midnight and bed...
