On 4th November 2023, preceded by a 40 minute improv, the new CBQ album "Live Suite 2023/24" was performed live in its entirety instore at FOPP, 42 Shandwick Place, Edinburgh, EH2 4RT...
The suite, released on Bandcamp on 3 November 2023, available here, is 40 minutes long and contains elements of these 27 CBQ albums, recorded between 2016 and 2023, a couple of which are still to be released, plus a few other items for good measure...
The download contains a further five and a half hours of related material...
In addition, CBQ’s band, Capital Models, will perform two hours of material from the back catalogues of David Bowie, Lou Reed & The Velvet Underground, Bryan Ferry & Roxy Music and Brian Eno in early 2024
