Into town early today armed with my Blue Note list from last night and this pic of some Weather Report discs...
Still dark as I descended the hill...
...and took a bus to the West End...
...which was busy despite the early hour...
Back to Fopp at lunchtime and seven Blue Note CDs partaken of, including two titles not previously owned as CD-Rs, one by baritone saxophonist Leo Parker ("Rollin' with Leo") and a new to me Stanley Turrentine set, "Hustlin'"..
Just one Weather Report title able to be replaced...
In the evening, the first Xmas party type thing resulted in a slightly the worse for wear Mr CBQ making his way home just after nine...
