Owyah!

The swollen foot restricted matters today...

However, being confined to quarters allowed us time to watch "Star Trek Into Darkness" which was very much enjoyed and, although not a huge screen in absolute darkness, the behaviour of those outwith our social circle did not require to be tolerated...

An accidental pic noted the legacy of our much missed wee Meg the Black Cat...

Always forgiven...

The latest physical arrival was enjoyed while Anne shopped...

A self portrait illustrated that, despite recent weight loss, there is still a very, very long way to go...

New music by Eno/Hyde and Yes entered the collection digitally...

Eno/Hyde was immediately found to be adventurous and good, the new Yes, to be released later this month and being almost universally slated on the net at present, needed a minimum of three listens to be fully appreciated - If I were to have written a review based on my first listen, I too would have written it off - Yes fans should have faith and give it time...

Just time to fit in our Tivo recording of ITV's tribute to the late Rik Mayall, an episode from his 1993 series "Rik Mayall presents..." featuring Helena Bonham-Carter with her patented "oop North" accent, which was very much of its time - perhaps a couple of episodes of "The New Statesman" would have been more fitting...

Lights out with another new acquisition on the cans, re-recordings by Dutch prog stalwarts, Focus...

Foot pain diminishing but still restricting...

Highlight of the Day : New Yes...
