Out and about this morning, in the drizzle, on what would have been my mum and dad's 59th wedding anniversary...

hopefully the weather back in '55 was better than this...

Some coffee and cake was enjoyed...

...at expert German bakery, Falko...

Yum...

The afternoon was spent commencing the uploading to Bandcamp of Jamie's only album, "Precious", now adding eight of the seventeen live tracks from the gig we played together back in the summer of 2005...

oh, and I finally fully activated my Facebook account...

It may turn out to be a mistake to have done so but we'll see...

Out in the evening for a long arranged dinner with chums Ken and Rose...

My first visit to La P'tite Folie for too long...

I let out my belt and relented re some cheesecake...

...and, after jokingly asking for an "interesting" coffee, was very kindly provided with one by the very nice young waitress...

A couple of nightcaps along near Haymarket before sending K&R off for the train back to Linlithgow...

Bus home and lights out...

A good day...

But probably too much cake and stuff...

Not to worry...
